New article about the EU Social Contract

The Winter 2025 issue of the European Journal of Legal Studies (EJLS) includes the article "An EU Social Contract of the Twenty-first Century", in which our project coordinator, Antoni Abat Ninet, explores the epistemological construction of the European Union’s social contract, and illustrates how its symbolic and ideological dimensions have an impact in shaping political legitimacy.
